Scenic Rim Regional Council is seeking tenders to provide on-call plumbing services for 2022-2024. The Scenic Rim area extends from Tamborine Mountain and Beechmont in the east to Aratula and Warrill View in the west, Rathdowney to the south and Gleneagle and Peak Crossing in the north. Council has various properties throughout the Region, these include: Community Buildings (Community Centres, Libraries and Information Centres) Parks Public Toilets Swimming Pools Administration Buildings Council Houses and Rental Properties Depots (including SES Sheds) Moogerah Dam Caravan Park Work under this contract includes: Blocked toilets, basins and drains Broken water pipes Vandalism Swimming pool pump problems Pump & HSTP/Septic repairs Other work as requested This work includes both on-call (urgent/emergency works) and regular scheduled basis work.
