Mount Barker District Council is seeking Tenders for the upgrade of the Eastern side of Venables Street in Macclesfield (Stage 3). The project includes the construction of a paved footpath, kerbing, stone edging, stormwater drainage works, asphalt surfacing, street lighting, landscaping and street trees from Vernon Street to the Macclesfield Institute (33 Venables Street) and a more rural style upgrade including compacted quarry sand paths and driveways from the Macclesfield Institute to adjacent Sturt Street (43-49 Venables Street). The tender is offered in two separate portions (Stage 3.1 and 3.2). A full specification and drawings are enclosed with this invitation. Works are to be programmed to be completed by 30 June 2022.
