Summary and scope
Tenders are invited for the Traffic Engineering Survey Panel for an Initial Contract Term of 3 years. The aim of this Contract is to provide Council with high quality Professional Contractor Services across areas relating to traffic engineering surveys. No minimum or maximum hours of work is guaranteed. It is Council’s intention to appoint a panel of contractors of whom work will be requested on an ‘as required’ basis. The initial contract period is 3 years, with a further 1 year + 1 year extension available at the discretion of Council. Tender Documentation will only be available for inspection and downloading from Council’s e-Procurement website https://portal.tenderlink.com/stonnington Tenders close 12.00 noon Monday, 21 March 2022. Late Tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will not be accepted by facsimile, mail or any way other than via TenderLink. NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
