Summary and scope

Isaac Regional Council is seeking submissions for a full-service for the maintenance grading of unsealed network to maintain both Council’s local road infrastructure and sections of unsealed sites of the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR) State-Controlled network. The lengths of road sections (refer to Item 6 – Implementation Timeframe) provided may require amendments on site and are an indication only. In consideration of the best interests of the wider community, Council reserves the right to alter the scope of the works by either removing or adding items to suit budget availability and emerging community requirements throughout the delivery of the works. Due to the vast geographical area the restoration works are offered in seven (7) separate work packages. • Respondents are invited to tender for the separate portions independently • Council may award the work as separable portions to individual tenderers or award the entire package to a single respondent Tenderers are required to clearly demonstrate within their submission, details of backup resources to complete the various portions of works should they be successful in being awarded one OR multiple portions.
