Cassowary Coast Regional Council (Council) requires an experienced Consultant to provide professional engineering services to complete the detailed design for the Port Hinchinbrook Sewage Treatment Plant Replacement. Council requires the consultant to undertake all activities to enable Council to complete the design of are placement sewage treatment plant, including all necessary drawings,specifications and schedules for use in construction tender documents. Council will invite tenders for the construction of the sewage treatment plant based on these design documents. Council will produce the tender / Contract documentation and run the procurement process. Design support in the procurement and construction phases may be required.
