Council is seeking to secure a Not for Profit service provider or providers for the delivery of community based, high quality funded 3 and 4 year old preschool programs for the Panton Hill, Hurstbridge and Eltham North Hill Preschools. The premises are listed below. Panton Hill Preschool 601 Kangaroo Ground-St Andrews Rd Panton Hill VIC 3759 Hurstbridge Preschool 8 Graysharps Rd Hurstbridge VIC 3099 Eltham North Preschool 30 Glen Park Rd Eltham North VIC 3095 Successful provider(s) will be required to enter into an initial lease term until Dec 2025 with option an option of renewal for another 6 years. Council advises that; • there is an existing license for the current service at Panton Hill • there is no existing license for the Hurstbridge service • there is an existing license for the current service at Eltham North Interested parties can submit a proposal for the required program for one, two or all three of the locations. NB: Council reserves the right to appoint a single operator for all three of the sites, or appoint individual operators for individual sites.
