Mount Isa City Council is inviting tenderers to undertake repair/replacement works for the clarifiers at the Sewage Treatment Plant located at Lot 73 Plan CP892034 in Mount Isa. The tender document mandates the list of technical activities to be provided by the prospective contractor in repairing/retrofitting/servicing the primary clarifiers to increase the life of the structure. The work of the contractor shall include repairs/retrofitting/refurbishing and not limited to the following: • Concrete structure • Centre column, bearing, and pivot • Feed well • V notch weir and baffle • Bridge walkaway • Bridge drive mechanism • Bridge runway • Sludge scraper • Scum scraper and collector • Electric ancillary • Plumbing ancillary The contractor is expected to read through the contractual documentation and address the key performance criteria along with a response schedule as a part of the response.
