Summary and scope
The Principal wishes to appoint a suitably equipped and experienced Contractor for the provision of operational maintenance of parks and recreational assets including streetscape, parks and open spaces and natural areas within the geographical area of Coomera. The scope of Works consists of, but is not limited to, the following: landscaping weed control asset maintenance/servicing which includes inspection and reporting high frequency cleaning and asset inspection of playground equipment and softfall litter collection grass mowing landscape ad hoc which consists of turf preparation, supply and lay, softfall top ups, landscape mulch (new and existing), preparation for new or renovation of existing soft landscape, replacement and/or infill planting, establishment of new plantings and/or turf, tree watering, pest and disease management, semi mature street trees remedial Works post weather/public events
