“PLEASE NOTE: AMENDMENT - The Specification Document for Tender 1256 has been updated to include monthly patronage at the Esk Swimming Pool for 2014-2022. The Tender Response Form for Tender 1256 has been updated to correct an error on page 9.” This Tender is for the management of the Esk Swimming Pool. The Esk Swimming Pool is a publicly accessible pool located on Mary Street, Esk. The facility was constructed around 1990 and includes a six (6) lane 25 metre pool. The Esk Swimming Pool operates between September and April, for 29 weeks annually. The Esk Swimming Pool is owned by the Queensland Education Department and located on the grounds of the Esk State School. Council maintains an annual hire agreement of the pool to ensure public access. Management of this facility will require liaison with the Esk State School Principal and the maintenance of a good rapport with the Esk State School and school community. The Esk State School and other nearby schools access the facility outside of the contractor hours of operation. A compulsory site inspection will be held on Tuesday, 26 April 2022 at 11am to allow contractors to view the site and clarify any issues. Contractors are to advise if they will be in attendance.
