Swan Hill Rural City Council invites commercially licensed and qualified building contractors to tender for the construction of a Viewing Platform and Boardwalk Structure further enhancing the already established Riverside pedestrian pathways along Monash Drive, Swan Hill. The Viewing Platform will be a steel structure supporting a timber decked surface, a fixed seating feature, steel balustrade and kicker-rail and is designed to enable pedestrians to look up and downstream of the Little Murray River, Swan Hill. Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria: Price will be evaluated on best value Compliance of Specification (25%) Track Record (25%) - Provide detail about similar projects undertaken Availability of Skills/Resources (20%) - Personnel skills and experience relevant to this project Social Economic Benefit (10%) - Demonstrate social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality Environment Benefit (10%) - Demonstrate commitment to environmental sustainability Provision of detailed construction schedule, community engagement & awareness plan (10%) - To deliver the project that details timeframe, consultation and proposed outputs.
