Summary and scope

On behalf of 10 Participating Councils, the City of Stonnington is seeking submissions from experienced, professional consultants to deliver a project funded out of the Recycling Victoria Councils Fund – Implementation Stream. Tenders are invited for the provision of consultant services to design and deliver a waste infrastructure and education intervention program at 60 multi-unit developments (MUDs) across the Participating Councils to divert waste from landfill, decrease contamination and increase recycling. The learnings from this intervention program are to be used to develop standalone guidance documents that support both participating and other MUDs to increase resource recovery and reduce waste to landfill through effective implementation of additional waste streams required by the Recycling Victoria Policy, alongside other potential streams. These guidance documents should be written in a format accessible for councils, MUDs residents, Owners Corporations, and MUDs building management teams and caretakers. NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
