Summary and scope
The City of Armadale invites suitably qualified organisations to submit a quotation for the provision of traffic management services in accordance with the requirements as outlined in this document. The provision of traffic management services will be required predominantly during construction and maintenance operations of roadworks that the Principal carries out according to annual programs. Other projects areas throughout the City may occasionally require traffic management services on an ad hoc basis which at the discretion of the Principal may or may not be included under this Contract. Please be advised that PPS/2/22 replaces PPS/1/22 in it's entirety. Amendments to the Request for Panel between PPS/1/22 and PPS/2/22 have been highlighted in yellow. All applicants will be required to resubmit their offer with the updated form of offer for PPS/2/22. The conditions of responding and qualitative criteria have not been amended.
