Summary and scope
The City of Armadale requires the provision of high quality playground and skate park maintenance services at various sites within the City in an efficient and cost effective manner. The City currently has eighty three (83) playgrounds installed within the City of Armadale and three (3) skate park facilities. It is proposed that any additional playgrounds or skate park facility’s handed over to or installed by the Principal will be managed as a variation to this Contract.
