Isaac Regional Council currently leases the management and operation of the Middlemount, Clermont & Nebo Swimming Centres and is seeking a superior operating model to manage and operate these centres and facilities. Council’s key priorities include cost effectiveness, sustainability, a strong customer focus, promotion of the sport of swimming, safety, compliance and the highest levels of infrastructure and amenity management. It is imperative that respondent submissions are comprehensive and compliant. Within this Tender, the management and operation of the aquatic facilities at Clermont, Middlemount and Nebo are offered as Separable Portions, to which respondents may submit proposals for one or more or all of these sites. This requirement holds a very ambitious timeline to achieve the placement of a new Lessee to open the swimming season on or about 1 September 2022. MANDATORY SITE VISITS APPLY TO THIS TENDER
