Summary and scope

Request for Applications T02-22/23: PSP Bitumous Sealing and Line Marking The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking applications from suppliers interest in providing services for Bitumous Sealing and Line Marking, in various locations throughout Kununurra and Wyndham. The services required include; supply of materials, design and application of sprayed seals for roads and related applications, and the following types of sprayed treatments: (a) Primes; (b) Conventional Seals and Reseals; (c) Line Marking; and (d) Seal repairs (including but not limited to pot holes, crack sealing, crazed areas, bleeding surfaces, rutting, ravelling, shape correction, shoving and stripping). Individual Pre-Qualified Supplier Panel Contracts will be established with any successful Respondents. Successful Contractors will be utilised by the Shire on an as required basis, in accordance with the Shire’s Pre-Qualified Supplier Panels Policy, which is located on the Shire website. Application deadline is 2:00pm (WST), Thursday, 4 August 2022. Clarifications must be requested by 28 July 2022. Potential respondents will need to register as a supplier with VendorPanel (www.vendorpanel.com.au) to access the application documents and submit a response. Applications submitted by any other medium and or late applications will not be accepted. Canvassing of Shire officers or Councillors will also disqualify the applicant.
