LVRC-22-032 Gatton Administration Building Air Conditioning Replacement

Summary and scope

This Request for Tender (RFT) is to engage the market on behalf of Lockyer Valley Regional Council seeking Tenders for the supply of air conditioning replacement and roof repairs for the Gatton Administration Building. The aim of this project is to replace the aged air conditioning plant on the roof of the Gatton Admin building with new higher efficiency units. Reduce the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) operating & maintenance costs and improve environmental outcomes by eliminating the use of R22 refrigerant. There will be seven (7) replacement units to the roof, which services the entire upper level of the administration building and the customer service area and sections of the IT area on the ground level.
