PORTABLE BUILDING WITH 1 X KITCHEN, 2 X SELF-CONTAINED BEDROOMS Power 1 x Junction box power supply 32 AMP 5 pin plug 1 x Distribution board with earth leaking circuit brakers & main switch double pole 4 x LED lights mounted on external walls 1 x 125 Litre Electric Hot Water System BEDROOM units should have the following: 1 x single bed with inner spring mattress (permanently fixed) 1 x heavy duty cupboard with shelving and draws, lockable doors for travelling (permanently fixed) 1 x desk with draws & chair (desk permanently fixed) All lights LED 1 x LED head lamp above the bed 1 x Window with security screens and curtains (permanently fixed) 1 x TV mounted to the wall visible from bed 1 x Split system Air-conditioner in each bedroom 2 x power points in bedroom and 1 x power points in bathroom (ENSUITE BATHROOMS) should have the following: Sliding door between bedroom and bathroom 1x double power point Shower and curtain/room for toilet (Council’s plumber will install the toilets) Hand basin with cupboard underneath 1 x Mirror above hand basin (permanently fixed) 1 x Exhaust fan 1 x Double towel rail 1 x Shower Caddy holder (2 Tier) KITCHEN unit should have the following: Hot water urn (permanently fixed) 1 x Kitchen table x 1 chair (table permanently fixed) Padded bench seat with storage to suit dining table 1 x Kitchen sink with stainless steel cupboards and benches with lockable sliding doors Stainless steel splashback on the wall around the benches 1 x Split system Air-conditioner 1 x Electric 4 burner stove and oven (permanently fixed) 1 x Exhaust fan mounted above stove 1 x Microwave (permanently fixed) Power points where required 1 x window with security screen and curtain (permanently fixed) 1 x large fridge/freezer with lockable doors (permanently fixed) 1.1 In addition to electrical fittings installed in the bedrooms and kitchen, all units should have the following • Electrical switch board to be mounted in the Kitchen • LED lights at the front and rear on the outside of the donga • Power points required on the outside of the donga, must be a 32A#56C332 female plug • SMOKE ALARMS TO BE FITTED IN ALL ROOMS AND MUST BE PHOTOELECTRIC (AS 3786-2014); AND BE INTERCONNECTED WITH EVERY OTHER SMOKE ALARM IN THE DWELLING SO ALL SMOKE ALARMS ACTIVATE TOGETHER; AND BE EITHER HARDWIRED OR POWERED BY A NON-REMOVABLE 10-YEAR BATTERY.
