Summary and scope
Requires a contractor that can manage the entire project and manage all the trades required to complete this project. Renovations to three small units in Duaringa QLD. The successful contractor will need to complete the appropriate safety and site inductions and must supply QBCC building insurance. The cost is to include all waste removal from site and the Contractor needs to be aware that there is no facility for commercial waste at Duaringa. It is noted that due to the age of the property that it is presumed to be asbestos no testing has been undertaken, therefore the contractor will need to ensure that they undertake the appropriate testing prior to commencing works and ensure that appropriate measures are put in place if testing confirms asbestos.
