Council is seeking a suitably qualified Fire Protection Services agency to ensure Council facilities, fire protection systems and installations comply with current relevant Australian Standards (AS 1851; AS1670) and State legislation Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008; The Fire Safety Act 2021), appropriate safety standards for building occupants, Queensland Development Code (QDC), and MP 6.1 – Commissioning and maintenance of fire safety installations. We will be holding a Pre tender meeting at 9.00am on Friday 9th September 2022, all interested parties please meet in the Foyer of the Mount Isa City Council administration building 23 West Street Mount Isa.
