Summary and scope
The work to be executed under this Contract is sewer main rehabilitation using an insitu structural liner and, where ordered, the insitu relining of the junction between the sewer main and the lateral service. The purpose of the liner is to replace the pipeline’s structural integrity and to prevent infiltration and exfiltration. The relining works to be carried out are at various locations within the Toowoomba Regional Council area (refer Annexures). All works are to be undertaken in accordance with this specification, the relevant Australian Standards, all schedules including the Schedule of Prices, General Conditions of Contract and to the satisfaction of the Council’s Representative.
