Barcoo Shire is in Central-West Queensland with Jundah township being the administrative centre for the Barcoo Shire Council. Jundah is located approximately 220 km south-west of Longreach and 100 km north-east of Windorah. Council has recently secured State Government funding to build staff housing in Jundah – 2 x 1-bedroom units and 2 x 2-bedroom units. Preliminary design plans/drawings have been completed and are attached. Council seeks tenders to design and construct these accommodation units in accordance with the attached documentation. Tenderers are to fully complete the Tender Response Form and attach all information as requested. It is important to note that all Requests for Information (RFI) for this tender must be submitted through VendorPanel. Onsite construction is not expected to commence until April 2023.
