Summary and scope
The Council requires suitably qualified and experienced service providers to provide Concrete, Bluestone and Associated Construction Works in accordance with the included specification. This Contract covers the major concrete and bluestone pitcher construction and larger scale maintenance program for the Municipality for the term of the Contract. The works to be performed under this Contract include (but not limited to) the following: • Removal and replacement of concrete kerb and channel of various profiles; • Construction of new concrete kerb and channel of various profiles; • Removal and replacement of bluestone kerb and channel of various profiles; • Construction of new bluestone pavement and kerb and channel of various profiles; • Removal and replacement of concrete footpaths; • Associated minor drainage works; and • Associated minor excavation, pavement constructions and repairs. The initial term is for 5 Years It is anticipated that Council will appoint 6 - 9 contractors
