Summary and scope
The Woodgate Community Hall amenities upgrade project proposes to create accessible facilities for hall users and the general public. Through this Invitation to Offer, Council seeks to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Principal Contractor (PC) to undertake the redevelopment works of the Woodgate Hall amenities. The Community Hall is expected to remain operational for users for the duration of Contract. Council will provide alternative temporary amenities for use by Hall users. Works are to be conducted under the Minor Works Contract AS4906
