The City of Armadale (the Principal) requires a suitably qualified and resourced Contractor for the removal and processing/disposal of the Principal’s operational waste stored at the City of Armadale Works Depot (the Depot). The City requires the collection and disposal of the following waste materials: (1) Inert wastes predominantly from the Principal’s construction and demolition works including concrete, with or without reinforcement, rocks, bricks, concrete pieces (mixed), red rock, gravel (any size), asphalt (clean) and mixed pieces (with gravel, limestone road base etc), topsoil (no grass), clean soil; and (2) Street sweepings/organic materials including organic matter collected by the Principal’s street sweepers, top soil with grass and minor contaminants, clay (clean and contaminated), green waste (including non-chippable) and contaminated green waste (reeds).
