Summary and scope

The Principal requires a suitably experienced, resourced, and licenced Contractor to undertake the work under the Contract in accordance with this Principal’s Project Requirements and supporting documentation. The Contractor is responsible for the full DD, CD, and construction of the Lions Head Park bank stabilisation Works, including any further geotechnical and environmental investigations where required. The Contractor must visit the Site to determine the extent of works and undertake Site measure. The Contractor is responsible for the procurement, coordination and installation of all construction activities described within this document. Undertake the following work under the Contract, including but not limited to, the following: • Design and construct rock stabilisation works • Site establishment • Vegetation clearing • Scale and clear batter faces • Supply and install Tecco Mesh or Superintendent approved equivalent • Supply and install anchors • Supply and install shotcrete slope protection • Supply and install spoon drain along slope crest and connect to existing stormwater.
