This EOI seeks Respondents to detail capability and capacity to complete all or part of the below scope of works for the Hervey Bay Hospital Expansion Project on behalf of the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS). The Scope of Works (SOW) to be completed is: • Waterproofing of existing Level 2 Slab • Demolition of the existing roof and façade • Construction of a new concrete roof and roof drainage / stormwater (including temporary works as required) • Any construction works (service connections/ drainage near shaft entry/ building works to protect shaft entry / area ready for lift plant and equipment/ staging or temporary works) to facilitate the future lift installation Indicative dates: (Dates subject to change) Mobilization: 19 December 2022 Construction Works Commence: 9 January 2023 The final date for clarification is: 2pm AEST 13 October 2022 The final date for EOI response is 2pm AEST 20 October 2022 EOI Responses and Clarification Questions are to be submitted per Section 5, EOI Submission Details.
