Through this Invitation to Offer Council’s seeks to engage a suitably qualified Principal Contractor (PC) to construct a two-bedroom AS1428.1 compliant accessible cabin in Burnett Heads Holiday Park and all associated works in accordance with the project scope and drawings attached (see Appendix B: Associated Drawings). The Holiday Park will remain fully operational during construction and the successful Contractor will be expected to supply their proposed methodology, including how they will manage the site, protection of works and adjacent infrastructure and mitigation measures to minimise disruption to patrons, management staff and visitors.
