Production, installation and removal of way finding signage at multiple campus's

Summary and scope

TAFE Gippsland is inviting tenderers to provide production, installation and removal/replacement of specified signage for the Morwell and Port of Sale campuses collectively. Vendors may only submit offers for all of the total number of campuses identified in the opportunity. Specifications and supply as per seperate documents for Morwell and Port of Sale. Mandatory requirements as per documentation attached specified in section 1.1.11(a) of both documents. As part of the tender evaluation by the Signage Contractor, the applicable campus grounds must be inspected for accurate assessment of existing site conditions. Campus inspections are to be undertaken together with an appointed TAFE Gippsland representative. Tender will be open for 4 weeks from posting, with evaluation timeframe of a further 2 weeks from submission closing date. All enquiries and questions to be directed through Vendorpanel. Site visits/briefings: Please confirm attendendance to the site inspection by 4:00 pm 25 October 2022. TAFE Gippsland and Isovist will conduct site visits and briefings only at the following dates and times: Morwell Campus, corner of Princes Drive and Monash Way, Morwell. Report to main reception, Building 2. Date: Wednesday 26th October 2022 Time: 10am to 1pm Port of Sale Campus, 10-22 Punt Lane, Sale (parking off South Gippsland Highway entrance).
