Summary and scope
The City of Armadale (Principal) requires a suitably qualified and resourced Contractor(s) to supply an effective landscape maintenance program at various Parks and Reserves throughout the City. The locations of Parks and Reserves included in this Contract have been recently handed over, or waiting to be handed over, to the Principal from various developers. The work to be carried out shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following general activities: • Litter Collection • Turf maintenance • Garden maintenance • Weed and Pest Control- turf and garden areas • Minor Tree pruning • Fertiliser and soil ameliorant application. • Parks infrastructure maintenance • Maintenance reporting • Other associated works.
