LVRC-22-044 Facilities Supervision Services

Summary and scope

Lockyer Valley Regional Council is seeking Offers for the provision of Facilities Supervision Services. Council’s objectives for the Facilities Supervision Services are to: • deliver tidy, well-maintained and Customer-orientated Services at Facilities with a similar professional look and feel to the layout and manner of Facility operations (so far as the layout of the Facility allows); • conduct efficient operations, including enabling Efficient Facility Operations; and • maximise opportunities for the public to divert materials from landfill at the Facility, including meeting the Minimum Diversion Standards; and • provide a safe environment for the Contractor’s Personnel, Council, Other Waste Management Contractors, Customers and the public; and • secure and protect assets at the Facility; and • operate in compliance with the legal requirements of any relevant environmental, planning or other relevant Laws which may apply to the Facility, or Council’s overall waste management activities generally; and • provide relevant cash recording and other data management practices which allow Council to manage its Facilities with regard to any tax, carbon price, waste levy, financial, safety or environmental reporting systems or obligations.
