Summary and scope
This project is the total refurbishment work to the Champion Lakes Community Centre located at 30 Regatta Boulevard Champion Lakes (Lot 249) to ensure compliancy to a BA9 Building Classification. The refurbishment work includes the upgrade of the building to be BCA compliant with the entrance and exit towards and from the building, toilet configuration which will include a Universal Accessible Toilet (UAT), disabled ramps, roof works, electrical lighting and security upgrade, removal of water tank and new tank to be installed at an alternative location, removal of existing pergola and deck to be replace with new and other minor works in the building. The detail design drawings have been prepared by Kim Turner, from Dale Design Services and CDC drawings will be issued once the three (3) lots have been amalgamated and land transferred to the City of Armadale.
