Summary and scope
Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to undertake building internal and external alterations to the Anderson Family Centre and Kindergarten at 7 Anderson Road Hawthorn East, in accordance with this Request for Tender and its attachments. This Contract is expected to commence in February 2023 with Works to be completed by the end of August 2024. The Contractor will be required to perform the works strictly in accordance with: • the requirements of this Contract; and • applicable Australian Standards, building codes, industry standards, the requirements of any authority having jurisdiction over the work, occupational health and safety acts and regulations, and manufacturers' recommendations and requirements.
