TEN/1789 - Design and Construct Moore Park Beach Community Hub

Summary and scope

TEN/1789 seeks to engage a suitably qualified Primary Contractor, in accordance with AS4300-1995 to finalise the design and undertake the construction of the Moore Park Beach Community Hub. Council have complete a preliminary design of these facilities, which is included with this Invitation to Offer. Council’s contract with the consultant that developed the preliminary design does not include completing the For Construction documentation. Council will not be novating the design consultant to the Primary Contractor to complete the design. The Primary Contractor engaged through this contract will be required to sub-contract a designer and complete the design to a For Construction standard and then complete the construction. The Works include finalising the design, undertaking the construction, commissioning, certification and hand over. The Works include: • Moore Park Beach Mens Shed • Moore Park Beach Community Hub building • Moore Park Beach Second-hand Shop and Community Storage • External Works Further details on these works are described in the Principal’s Project Requirements and preliminary designs included within the Supporting Information of this Invitation to Offer.
