TEN/1760 - Fitout of 2 Maryborough Street Community Hub will refurbish the former Wintergarden Theatre to create the Maryborough Street Community Hub, which will offer meeting spaces and be a home for multiple community organisations. Council intends to fit-out the building to create leasable and co-working spaces available to community groups. The building will be an integrated, multi-organisational social services hub created to ensure the on-going sustainability of social service provision in Bundaberg. Through this Invitation to Offer, Council’s seeks to engage a suitably qualified construction contractor to undertake the fitout works within 2 Maryborough Street in accordance with the Contract Documentation Enquiries regarding this tender are to be made through Vendor Panels online forum. Enquiries close 5.00pm AEST Wednesday 14 December 2022 Tenders are to be lodged via Vendor Panels online portal, the tender period closes 2.00pm AEST, Tuesday 20 December 2022.
