Diamantina Shire Council (Council) is seeking suitably experienced and qualified company or companies to either lease or purchase each of the assets: Property 1 - Birdsville Tourist Park, 51 Florence Street, Birdsville, Queensland 4482 The Birdsville Tourist Park has nine budget units, three standard fully self-contained cabins and four deluxe air-conditioned cabins. There is 84 powered sites and 30 acres of unpowered campsites along the banks of the billabong. Property 2 - Birdsville Lodge, 59 Graham Street, Birdsville, Queensland 4482 The Birdsville Lodge has 49 ensuite rooms in single, double, and twin configurations. The Lodge is located next door to the Birdsville Hotel and across the road from the Birdsville Airport as well as beside the Birdsville Roadhouse. Property 3 - Bedourie Tourist Park, Nappa Street, Bedourie Queensland 4829 Located just around the corner of the Outback Visitors Information Centre. Both powered and un-powered sites are available, the swimming pool and natural artesian spa is 100m walk from the park. These properties, are provided in this Invitation to Tender as 6 Separable Portions. A Tenderer may tender on one or more of the Separable Portions.
