Summary and scope
Tenders are invited for Temporary Illuminated Installations as part of Glow Winter Arts Festival 2023. The City of Stonnington is seeking submissions from experienced professional and emerging temporary installation artists and companies. We are seeking submissions for large-scale, site specific and immersive temporary illuminated installations that will appeal to a wide demographic and can be displayed outdoors in winter, as part of the Glow Winter Arts Festival, June 2023. Working with Councils Festivals and Events Team successful applicants will be contracted for the design, development, installation, presentation and de-installation of the work. NOTE: The Vendor Panel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
