Summary and scope
The Gisborne Fields Stage 4 Landscape Project involves the surface improvement of an open grass area to allow for passive recreation and casual sporting activities. A set of casual football goal posts are to be installed, along with intermittent seating in key locations with pockets of tree and vegetation to be established. A post and rail vehicular exclusion fencing with maintenance vehicle access gates is to be built along the border of the 3 acre plot. The contract includes site preparation, earthworks, minor timber works, park furnishing and signage; aftercare and maintenance of landscape works (including turf). Works are to be completed in accordance to the specifications and contract document, and as specified and as could be reasonably understood in the architectural set provided with this tender, prepared by Emerge Associates.
