Construction of two (2) Residential Buildings + Tavern Amenities Refurbishment and Asso. Works

Summary and scope

Mornington Shire Council is seeking Tenders for the construction of two Buildings, Tavern Skillion Roof, Covered footpath and Amenities refurbishment of the Mornington Tavern by successful tenderer/s. There will be two distinct projects which Council requires separate pricing; Project 1) 2 - Residential Buildings as per specifications (site ready for construction), Project 2) Tavern Complex Refurbishment a. 1 Skillion Roof at the Mornington Tavern; b. 1 Covered footpath to Mornington Tavern to the Amenities building; and, c. Tavern Amenities building refurbishment and associated works. Hydraulic drawings for the Drainage will be needed as part of the tender. This could be completed by the Builders - Contract plumber for Mornington Shire Council for approval. It is Council’s intention to establish a Contract via lumpsum for the Residential buildings and Tavern project and may extend or vary the contract by giving written notice at its discretion to the Contractor\s arrangement based on, but not limited to performance against the project plan, pricing and other delivery requirements.
