The purpose of this Request for EOI is to: • Advise the market of the Project and provide an overview of the likely scopes of works • Describe the evaluation process, including an indicative timetable for delivery of the Project • Provide an overview of the proposed commercial and legal framework • Enable TRC to select suitably qualified proponents to participate in the Early Tenderer Involvement (ETI) Phase of the procurement process.
