Contract No. T23018 - Core Systems (Finance, Customer Relationship Management and Property & Rating)

Summary and scope

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of services relating to the City of Stonnington’s (Council) core systems which are nearing end of life. These include Council’s: Finance system; Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and Property & Rating system. Tenderers may submit an offer for one, two or all three systems listed above. It will be at Council’s discretion as to whether all three systems are awarded to a single organisation or if each system are awarded separately to different organisations. Tenderers are encouraged to attend a briefing session on Tuesday 6 December 2022, 9:00 AM-10.30AM (AEDT). To register your interest please email procurement@stonnington.vic.gov.au. Tenders close on Monday 30 January 2023. Tenderers should allow themselves enough time to upload all submission requirements prior to closing time. NOTE: The VendorPanel online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
