From time to time, it is necessary for Council to engage temporary officers to support its operational requirements to deliver services to the community. The engagement of pre-qualified temporary officers will provide a flexible efficient process to backfill labour gaps for both inside (office based) and outside (field based). This request is for the establishment of a Preferred Supplier Arrangement (arrangement) to provide temporary recruitment (labour hire) services to Council. This arrangement allows for more than one supplier to be awarded but does not guarantee the level of engagement or any engagement with any or all of the awarded suppliers.
