Home Hill STP digester lid remediation works

Summary and scope

Council is seeking quotations for remediation construction works to be carried out on the lid of primary digester at Home Hill STP (60 Bojack Rd, Home Hill QLD 4806) Please refer to the attached "Wastewater Treatment Plant Digester Roof Condition Report" for remediation works (listed below) that needs to be done on the lid and provide conforming quote with the specifications outlined in the report, you can also provide non conforming quote with your suggestion. Pitted material at depths less than 1mm shall be filled with Belzona 1111 product or approved equivalent to remove the undulated steel surface and provide a suitable substrate for the application of the protective coating system. Pitted materials greater than 1m in depth shall be structurally remediated in accordance with Section 4.6.3 via plug welding or replacement. Re-weld damaged weld seams. Installation of new 219.1mm x 4.8mm CHS members to the underside of the roof at vent locations. (please be noted that sand blasting, coating ad reinstating existing mixer & reinstalling the roof are under separate contract and does not need to be quoted for this vendor panel request) Site visit is mandatory.
