Summary and scope
This Contract is for the provision of mowing/ slashing and general maintenance of Council's Water and Waste Water Sites. Services will include year round maintenance of these sites by the successful Contractors. The quality requirements are included in the general contract requirements. Contractors are required to maintain the sites at a level that is consistent with community expectations. Tenderers may submit a response for one or more of any of the sites listed. The potential for one operator to maintain multiple or all sites may be seen as an advantage by Council. Each site must be quoted on separately. The scope of all work is to include but not be limited to, mowing, edging, slashing, and removal of debris from concrete and asphalt pathways and driveways. Also weed control in and on concrete, asphalt, Bitumen, gravel and granite driveways and pathways joints edges and fence lines.
