The Principal requires a suitable experienced, resourced and licenced Contractor to undertake the Works in accordance with this Principal’s Project Requirements and supporting documentation. The Contractor is responsible for the full DD, CD and construction of the Kira Hill R T Peak Memorial Park Bank Stabilisation Works, including any further geotechnical and environmental investigations where required. The Contractor is responsible for undertaking their own assessment to determine if the risk slope has experienced creep either side of the existing mesh.
