All demolition work for external doors and windows in the block work and removal of the existing stairs to access the underneath tenancy. Provide opening in downstairs tenancy for a new fire door, supply and install fire door, and close off existing stair access with a new floor Supply and install all external doors, windows and glazing Supply and install all framing for walls including sheeting and insulation Supply and install all framing and sheeting for the ceiling including insulation and acoustic baffles Supply and install all internal doors Supply and install all door hardware Paint all walls and ceilings Supply and install all fittings in all wet areas (toilets, basins, grab rails, cleaners sink etc) Our plumber to supply tap fittings only.
