Monash Drive Carpark Upgrade Stage 2

Summary and scope

Swan Hill Rural City Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to tender for Stage 2 of the Monash Drive Carpark Upgrade, Swan Hill (from the Pioneer Settlement Entry building, to the north end of the existing boardwalk beside the PS Gem Pond). The project works comprise of Car park upgrade, kerb & channel replacement, drainage works and footpath construction. Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria: Price The Tender will be evaluated based on best value. Best value is determined by the overall score received from the evaluation criteria below in comparison to the price. Compliance with Specifications (30%) The Tenderer needs to response and address all, part or some of the requirements outlined in the specification document Track Record (25%) The Tenderer needs to demonstrate if they have completed work for Council before. The Tenderer needs to advise the number of the same or similar projects they have completed previously. The Tenderer needs to provide the details of the references from the previous projects. Availability of Skills/Resources (25%) The Tenderer needs to provide satisfactory evidences to prove they have appropriate skills and resources to accomplish the project satisfactorily. Social Economic Benefit (5%) Demonstrate the social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality provide supporting documentation of contributions made to the community in the form of donation or free services etc. Environmental Benefit (5%) Demonstrate commitment to environmental sustainability Detailed Works Schedule (10%) Provide a detailed work schedule as part of your submission.
