The Colin Matheson Oval Changerooms and The Port Hedland Tennis and Hockey Clubs. The Colin Matheson Changerooms are under lease by the Rovers Football Club and currently do not service the needs for female and male sporting teams. This refurbishment will address compliant ablutions and internal upgrades to support the teams who utilise the facility. The Port Hedland Tennis Club is dilapidated and in need to internal upgrades and compliance works for the improved user experience for both Tennis and Hockey Clubs.
