Construction of the Exchange Hotel, Pinjarra WA

Summary and scope

The Principal wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and resourced contractor to undertake the Construction of the Exchange Hotel and associated works. The works are fully detailed within the Specification and Appendices. The extent of the Tender Package is as indicated within Appendix A to J. It includes carrying out all work necessary for the construction for proper completion as shown within the relevant Appendix and described in the Specification, Notes and Schedules. There will be a requirement to undertake improvements to the servicing of the site and this will need to be fully understood and implemented as part of the construction delivery. The site is located at 12 George Street, Pinjarra 6208 Western Australia. The prospective contractors are to inform themselves of the current site with the site being handed to the Contractor in the condition of which it exists at the time of tendering. The Contractor is deemed to have visited the site to determine the nature of the work and to verify and made due allowance for the following conditions: • Existing site and structural conditions; and • Site access and storage requirements
