The traffic intersection at Toolooa/Young/Short Streets is to be upgraded for better functionality for both vehicles and pedestrians. These works are for the complete replacement of the existing signalling equipment with new signalling equipment in compliant positions to suit pedestrian and vehicle use. The pathway and ramps will be relocated to suit the new signalling design layout also providing disabled compliant access.
