Summary and scope

Isaac Regional Council seeks to source and engage a banking institution for the provision of transactional banking and bill payment services. The aim of Council is to secure the services of a financial institution with the necessary expertise and capacity to accommodate the Council’s current and future transactional banking requirements including bill payment services on a cost-effective basis. Through this tender, Council seeks: i. Cost effective transaction banking processes providing a full range of accounts ii. Reliable and efficient service iii. Corporate cards including capability for exporting data into Council’s financial system iv. Electronic banking services v. Direct debit vi. BPAY/BPAY View vii. Other bill payment services/platforms viii. Eftpos and/or other similar alternatives ix. Credit card merchant services x. Council customer payment options including in person over the counter, by phone or via the internet xi. Provision of customer payment data in an electronic format daily to Council xii. Branch banking, including listing branches located within the Council region or affiliated banking service providers. xiii. Payables solutions xiv. Electronic banking systems
